Sorting and organizing is a time-consuming and often emotional process. Sorting through personal content and memories can be overwhelming, especially for seniors. Our trained professionals will carefully review each item and work with clients on what to take, donate, or liquidate. Our managers will organize items to make packing efficient for movers, labeling each box with the enclosed content and directions on proper placement in the new space. RDM will oversee the movers to ensure all fragile possessions are in protected packaging and handled with care.

Packing, Unpacking, and Mover Oversight

We will oversee the moving process, from scheduling an independent mover to packing and unpacking. RDM will ensure all items are properly packed and fragile items are protected. Our team will direct the movers to place items in the appropriate rooms for unpacking to prevent loss and expedite the process. We will coordinate with the facility manager of your new home to access freight elevators, comply with move-in times, and conform to any facility “by-laws” that may impact the move.
