Rich and Lisa have lived in the Hudson Valley for over 50 years. After meeting and dating in high school, Rich attended Wilkes University, where he received a BA in Environmental Science and a minor in Business. Lisa attended Katherine Gibbs in NYC, where she earned her associate's degree in Business Administration. After college, they moved to Dutchess County, NY, where they raised their three children (Riley, Devin, and Morgan).

After ten years with Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Lisa joined Rich’s family business, a successful pest control and restoration company rooted in Westchester County, NY. As a team, they bring over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation as trusted and compassionate service providers. Their experience dealing with pests, mold, and water damage has given them a keen understanding of the emotional and financial value of peoples’ homes.

In 2016, Rich’s father passed away, leaving his mother with the overwhelming task of downsizing from her home of 47 years. Rich and his family worked together to organize, donate, and remove a lifetime of belongings while helping her transition into a smaller residence that still felt like home. This experience inspired Rich and Lisa to create RDM Move Managers, a company focused on helping families navigate downsizing and major life transitions with caring support.

Senior downsizing often coincides with real estate transactions, creating added pressure for Realtors who need homes cleared out before closing. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the restoration and pest management industries, Rich recognized that senior downsizing was not the only challenge Realtors faced when listing a home. Mold, pests, radon, and water intrusion are also common issues that can affect a property and delay a sale.

Today, the company has rebranded as RDM Environmental. We realize that the most important environment is your home. RDM Environmental has become a single-source solution for homeowners, real estate agents, and property managers throughout the Hudson Valley. Helping clients create and transition into healthier environments has become our passion.
