Rich and Lisa have lived in the Hudson Valley for over 50 years. After meeting and dating in high school, Rich attended Wilkes University, where he received a BA in Environmental Science and a minor in Business. Lisa attended Katherine Gibbs in NYC, where she earned her associate's degree in Business Administration. After college, they moved to Dutchess County, NY, where they raised their three children (Riley, Devin, and Morgan).

After ten years with Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Lisa joined Rich’s family business, a successful pest control and restoration company rooted in Westchester County, NY. As a team, they bring over 25 years of experience and a strong reputation as trusted and compassionate service providers. Their experience dealing with pests, mold, and water damage has given them a keen understanding of the emotional and financial value of peoples’ homes.

In 2016, Rich’s father passed away, leaving his mother to downsize from her home of 47 years. With a house filled with personal contents and a lifetime of memories, the task of moving was simply too big for her to manage on her own. Rich and his family faced a challenging time as they organized, liquidated, and donated possessions to help his mother transition into a 1,200-square-foot residence that would continue to feel like home. Through this experience, coupled with 25 years in the service business, Lisa and Rich built strong relationships with best-in-class partners, learned valuable strategies, and created a system to streamline the moving process.
